7/30/2023 0 Comments Visio office 2019I wanted to update this post to see if any one else seen something like this, between a DEV and PROD environment?Īnd yes i can confirm the templates are the same version as the app vol manger servers for both dev and prod.Īnd your probably wondering "why do you care its only DEV?" we want to figure it out so we don't make the same mistake in PROD, what ever that may be. Has any one ever seen this before, having a DEV and PROD environment? I have been working with VMware support and even they seem stumped, as to what it could be. So the bug is only happening during provisioning in DEV. However, unlike Office 365, you won’t get access to the new cloud and AI-based features. Just like Office 365, Microsoft is planning to update Office 2019 perpetually. Microsoft Office 2019 was released back in September 2018 with a whole host of new features, updated look, and improvements. we even copyied the Visio app vol package to our DEV environment and it runs fine in there. Download Office 2019 ISO Offline Installer. So we deicide to go ahead and update PROD environment to see if the same error happens and it does not we are able to package Visio, and deploy it with no issues in production. 08:46:52.761 svoffice The system volume had no Office products during provisioning, but it does now: in the log we get the below, basically during provisioning its not seeing that office is installed. This one has support and my self stumped.Īs i said above we updated dev to APP VOLUMES 4, VERSION 2006 (4.1.0.57) and we get the svoffice errors. VSphere operation failed: Cannot complete the operation because the file or folder appvolumes/packages_templates/template.vmdk already exists Thoughts?įailed to convert " appvolumes/packages_templates/template_workstation_1966c4476c.vmdk" (deleting)įailed to convert " appvolumes/packages_templates/template_workstation_1966c4476c.vmdk" to " appvolumes/packages_templates/template.vmdk", Moving volume to final location failedįailed to move file: " template_sbzcprae/template_sbzcprae.vmdk" to " appvolumes/packages_templates/template.vmdk" I feel like i have missed a step somewhere during the update process that may not be clear in the documentation. When i try to upload templates on the app server they fail with the below. I can confirm the templates are not updated to 4.1.057 as i mounted the current template it was still the old version numbers in the text files in the template.
